Glass-fibre reinforced PA66 p6g for EI/UI coil formers and PA66 p6g or CR-A3H2G3 black for selected potting housings

RTI Performance

PA66 p6g with RTI +125°C and CR-A3H2G3 black with RTI +110°C depending on variant

Soldering Resistance

Maximum soldering temperature up to +350°C for short-term exposure up to 2 seconds for solderable variants

Pin & Blade Materials

Tin bronze, tin-plated solder pins or brass, tin-plated solder blades depending on connection technology

Design System

EI horizontal coil formers, EI vertical coil formers, UI coil formers and potting housings for protection class transformers

Special Materials

Radiation cross-linked materials and special executions are available on request
